(Proof of Service) The form filed with the court that proves that court papers were formally served on (delivered to) a party in a court action on a certain date. Under the court’s mandatory electronic filing, the Proof of Service will be the last page of your electronic filing. Alternatively, for a fee, you may use TrueFiling^TM as your process server in lieu of producing your own Proof of Service.
